To improve the implementation of the principles ulteriorly and be accustomed to the needs of increasing imports，Board of Trade will authorize the qualified electric products Import and Export Office to print and grant the Import License of mechanical and electrical products issued by Board of Trade. Currently there are 203 commodity codes mechanical and electrical products are issued by Board of Trade，partial merchandise will be decentralized to the locality to issue according to the regulations and notifications of Board of Trade and Maritime Customs Administration. It is believed that the performing of this policy will be propitious to reduction of cost for introspective enterprises and extend trade.
